With a degree in International Tourism Management and 12+ years of hotel-management experience across Australia and the UK, he has overseen the launch of a 288-room flagship hotel in London and led operations at major properties across the Gold Coast. Luke now brings deep expertise in revenue optimisation, marketing strategy, and operational excellence - helping hotels, resorts, and holiday lettings maximise performance while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
