A dynamic entrepreneur with a background in real estate, finance, and business education, Savannah brings bold vision and unstoppable drive to every venture.
Founder, The Accommodation Co.
Jeff Baars is the founder and Principal of The Accommodation Co, an independent hospitality-tech consultancy based in Melbourne. He works with short-term rental operators, serviced apartment businesses and boutique hotels across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, helping them make better decisions about technology, distribution and revenue. He has no platform to protect and no single system to push, so his advice starts with the operator’s business rather than a sales target.
Before going out on his own, Jeff spent close to four years as Chief Commercial Officer at Urban Rest, where he helped scale the portfolio from around 100 units to more than 1,700 across four countries. Earlier he held senior roles at Quest and IHG. That mix of hotel discipline and fast-growth STR operations shapes how he works. He has sat on the operator side of the table, lived with the integrations and seen first-hand which tools earn their keep and which don’t.

Founder & CEO
Njål Eliasson is the founder and CEO of Proptonomy, an AI teammate for short-term rental operations. Proptonomy answers guests on every channel, briefs and chases cleaners and handymen in the chats they already use, turns messages into tasks and follows them through to done, and only hands over to a person when a human call is needed. It connects to the PMS a team already runs rather than replacing it. He did not come to AI from a lab.
In 2022 Njål co-founded Heimby, which grew into one of Norway's largest short-term rental operators: around 160 apartments in Bergen, operations in seven Norwegian cities and the most active Airbnb listings in Bergen. Growing that fast nearly broke the company, a story he has told openly on the Pillow Talk Sessions podcast, and it is the reason Proptonomy exists: a small team should be able to run more units without the quality slipping and without hiring a person for every new building.
