Originally from Ireland, Will relocated to Australia over 20 years ago, where he led major hospitality developments including Harrigan’s Irish Pub portfolio and Hunter Valley Gardens. A respected industry leader, he has helped shape iconic venues, major events, and tourism growth, and currently serves on the Business NSW Tourism Industry Council.
